The Athletics NSW 2022/23 Season operates from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024. The season includes summer track and field, and winter cross country / road races events. 

Athletics NSW Member types and benefits include.

Dual Athlete: 10-16 years No joining fee once a registered member of a NSW Little Athletics Club for the corresponding season.

Eligibility and Key Benefits

• Must be in a Little Athletics U11, U13, U14, U15, or U17 age group
• Access to Athletics NSW, Athletics Australia sanctioned, & Club Meets
• Access to NSW All Schools State Championships
• Eligible for Team NSW selection for various National Championships
• Eligible for NSW Target Talent Program (TTP)

Concession: 12-19 years or concession card holder $120 + Club Fee

Eligibility and Key Benefits 

• Platinum (NSW Championships) / Gold (Albie Thomas Mile & Illawarra Track Challenge / Silver (Treloar Shield and specialists meets) / Bronze (Club meets)
• Eligible for Team NSW selection for various National Championships
• Eligible for NSW Target Talent Program (TTP 19 years & under only)

Open Athlete: 20+ years $150 + Club Fee

Eligibility and Key Benefits 

• Platinum (NSW Championships) / Gold (Albie Thomas Mile & Illawarra Track Challenge / Silver (Treloar Shield and specialists meets) / Bronze (Club meets)
• Eligible for Team NSW selection for various National Championships

Community Athlete: 10+ years, all abilities and actively involved in the Athletics NSW Community $15 + Club Fee

Eligibility and Key Benefits 

• Access to all Athletics NSW & Run NSW community & club-level events 
• Personal Injury Insurance under the National Insurance Scheme

Winter Athlete: 10+ years $105 + Club Fee

Eligibility and Key Benefits 

• Membership period is 6 months (1 April to 30 September 2023) 
• All benefits listed apply to the 6 months of membership only 
• Access to Athletics NSW, Athletics Australia sanctioned, & Club Meets
• Access to NSW State Championships
• Discounted entry to Sydney 10, Sydney Half, Fernleigh 15
